ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Inherited from a father who owned many properties around the Midwest, Tracie decided to follow his footsteps and offer the very same house her father lived in before his illness meant he had to move into a care facility.
With such an incredible location and advice from a long list of housing experts Tracie invested in making the house perfect for someone to enjoy.
She now manages the property herself with the help of her long time boyfriend and makes certain that every need is taken care of for our guests.

5 STARS - Great place to stay, beautiful beds and luxurious linens! Large living room and dining room, perfect for large groups or families. Close to downtown! Two bathrooms, one is shared by two bedrooms, the other was private. We enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we ate in the area!
5 STARS - The house was clean and perfect for my family. We had plenty of room and when my grandson woke up early, it was easy to take him downstairs until others were awake. Tracie made sure we knew all there was to do in the area and that we got in easily.

5 STARS - Tracie's house was perfect for me and my dogs. The fenced yard was exactly what my dogs needed, and while it didn't rain while I was there, the covered back porch would have made bad weather potty breaks so easy. Everything was so comfortable inside (especially the bed) and I love the layout. The best thing though was the location. I was in St. Louis to visit family, who all live across the river in West County St. Louis. It was so fast to get over the bridge and into St. Louis. But I could also have filled my time without leaving the neighboring areas. After staying at Tracie's house, I'm done staying at hotels when I visit family a couple of times a year.

We wanted a central place to stay for the couple nights we were in town. When we were able to stay in this house for the same price as many of the little hotel rooms we could have booked it was a no-brainer!
